Qualifications & expertise

Our team undergoes rigorous training every term on-site, off-site and electronically, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the latest childcare developments and best practices. We are a multilingual team, speaking English, French, Arabic, Albanian, Amharic, and Tigrinya.

Our Managers hold a Childcare and Education Level 4 diploma, and all practitioners hold Childcare and Education Level 3 diplomas. All staff hold full and current paediatric first aid training, including the treatment of severe allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis. We have a designated SENDCo for any special needs.
